RELATIONSHIP OF TOTAL ENDURANCE ON JOB PERFORMANCE IN EDUCATIONAL SECTORS


 To determine the relationship of cardiorespiratory endurance on job performance in educational sectors. Methods: A cross-sectional study was performed using non probability sampling technique a sample size 90 participants. Sample taken from University Lahore Gujrat campus. The duration July- Septempter2019.Cardiac assessed by 3-minute step test technique. Job participants analyzed work questionnaire. Data SPSS version 21.0. Chi square and Pearson correlation coefficient used to analyze data. Results: sizeof taken. Result showed that most workers similar yours associated with pulse status p value 0.007 which ≤0.05 shows it is significant.
